Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans may change, and we strive to accommodate our customers as best as we can. However, cancellations affect our scheduling and resources significantly. Therefore, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
- Cancellation Notice: Any cancellation must be communicated to Kholwa Group at least 48 hours before the scheduled painting service.
- Cancellation Fees:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service will not incur any charges.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the total estimated cost of the project.
- Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies happen. In case of emergencies (documented medical emergencies or severe weather conditions), we will work with you to reschedule your service without any cancellation fees.
- Failure to Notify: If a customer fails to notify us of a cancellation and our team arrives at the location, a fee equivalent to 50% of the total estimated cost of the project may be charged to cover our team's time and travel expenses.
- Rescheduling: We encourage rescheduling rather than cancelling whenever possible. We are happy to work with you to find an alternative time that suits your schedule.
Refund Policy:
We strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our painting services. If you are not completely satisfied with our work, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. Our refund policy is as follows:
- Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds will be considered if you are dissatisfied with the quality of our workmanship or if we fail to meet the agreed specifications of the project.
- Refunds are not typically provided for changes in personal circumstances, color preferences, or other subjective opinions.
- Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, please contact Kholwa Group within 7 days of the completion of the painting project. We may request photographs or an in-person inspection to assess the situation.
- Refund Process:
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 days of approval using the original method of payment.
- Refunds will be prorated based on the work completed and any materials used up to the point of cancellation.
- Refund Denial:
- Kholwa Group reserves the right to deny a refund request if it is determined that the dissatisfaction is due to reasons beyond our control or if the request does not align with the terms outlined in this policy.
- Damages: In the event that our painting service causes damage to your property, we will repair or replace the damaged area at no additional cost to you.
