At Kholwa Group, we understand that accidents can happen. If you rent equipment from us and it becomes damaged during the rental period, here is our policy:

  1. Immediate Notification: Please notify us immediately if any equipment becomes damaged or malfunctions during your rental period. Prompt reporting allows us to assess the situation and determine the necessary steps.
  2. Assessment: Our team will assess the extent of the damage and determine whether it resulted from normal wear and tear or negligence. If the damage is due to normal use, you will not be held responsible.
  3. Repair or Replacement: Depending on the nature and severity of the damage, we will either repair the equipment in-house or arrange for its replacement with another unit of the same or similar type. We strive to minimize downtime for your project.
  4. Responsibility and Costs: If the damage is determined to be the result of misuse, negligence, or unauthorized alterations, you may be responsible for the repair or replacement costs. We will provide you with a detailed assessment and cost estimate.

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, Osko/PayID bank transfers, and cash. Payment details and options will be provided upon pickup of rental.

All payments must be paid before taking the equipment

We do not currently take any Security deposit 

Please call us to discuss adding more time to your rental as another customer may be picking it us after its expected back.

If the equipment is avalible for the extra time needed we will ask you to pay the ballence when returning the equipment.
